OACBABIS members provide community based rehabilitation and support services to adults living with the effects of an acquired brain injury. All are funded by the Division of Long Term Care of the Ontario Ministry of Health. Overall objectives of these programs are to assist individuals in living in their community as independently as possible, in achieving a satisfactory quality of life and in contributing to their community in a personally meaningful way. People using these services participate of their own free will and direct their own services as much as possible.
